What is First Bloom?

First Bloom is the one time welcome experience that helps you begin the Shahané Bloom practice. It includes the foundational pieces you can keep returning to, including your personalized journal, writing tools, tea, mist, welcome pieces, creative materials, and access to The Guest Room.

It is recommended before Monthly Bloom because it gives you the pieces that help the monthly ritual feel complete from the beginning.

What is the difference between First Bloom Essential and First Bloom Keepsake?

First Bloom Essential is the core beginning. It includes your personalized journal, pen, The Honored Guest packet, access to The Guest Room, Saffron Bloom tea bags, mini rock candy sticks, 1 oz Saffron Bloom Mist, two 5x7 coloring cards, and a keepsake.

First Bloom Keepsake is the fuller experience. It includes everything in Essential, plus extra tea and rock candy sticks, colored pencils, a cotton drawstring pencil pouch, pencil sharpener, black velvet pen pouch, and an additional keepsake.

Is First Bloom a subscription?

No. First Bloom is a one-time purchase. Monthly Bloom is the subscription that continues the ritual month by month.

Do I need First Bloom before subscribing to Monthly Bloom?

First Bloom is recommended, but not required. It gives you the foundation pieces, including your journal, pen, creative tools, tea, mist, and welcome packet, so you have everything you need to begin the experience fully.

Monthly Bloom continues the experience each month with a new theme, reflection pieces, tea, creative cards, keepsakes, and access to The Guest Room.

How does journal personalization work?

On the First Bloom product page, enter the first name for the journal and choose your personalization language. That information is saved with your order so the journal can be prepared with care.

Which personalization languages are available?

Current journal personalization language options are English, Farsi, Urdu, Arabic, and Hindi.

If you have a preferred spelling in one of those scripts, enter the name exactly as you want it to appear. If you enter the name in English, we will use the selected language as the guide for personalization.

Each themed Bloom includes tea, reflection, creativity, and access to The Guest Room, a private digital space with a welcome note from the sisters, guided breathwork, light movement or meditation, and a Color With Me video.

It is not another task to complete. It is a small monthly invitation to feel seen, honored, and gently cared for.

Is Monthly Bloom a subscription?

Yes. Monthly Bloom is a monthly subscription. You receive a new Bloom each month, thoughtfully designed around a seasonal or emotional theme.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month to month subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. There is no long term commitment, and your Bloom is meant to feel supportive, not stressful.

Prepaid 6 month and 12 month plans include special savings and reserve future shipments in advance. These plans are final sale once purchased and cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

When will my Monthly Bloom ship?

Monthly Bloom packages are prepared and shipped once per month. Monthly Bloom ships during the first week of each month.

If you are purchasing a prepaid plan as a gift, make sure the shipping address is correct before checkout. Address changes may be possible before the next Bloom is prepared.

Is the mist included every month?

No. The 1 oz Saffron Bloom Mist is included in First Bloom, your starter experience, and may also be purchased separately.

Saffron Bloom tea is a floral black tea blend with rose, saffron, and bergamot. It is warm, fragrant, lightly bright, and designed as a daily pause.

Does the tea have caffeine?

Yes. Because the blend includes black tea, it naturally contains caffeine.

How do I brew the tea?

Use about 1 teaspoon per cup, steep for 3 to 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy slowly. Adjust steeping time depending on how strong you like your tea.

Is tea included every month?

Yes. Each Monthly Bloom includes 1 Saffron Bloom tea bag as part of the monthly ritual.

What is Saffron Bloom mist?

Saffron Bloom mist is a soft botanical reset made for small moments of refresh. It is meant to be used before journaling, after tea, before rest, or whenever you want a quiet sensory pause.

How do I use the mist?

Mist gently onto skin or around your space, avoiding the eyes. As with any skin product, patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Is mist included every month?

No. The 1 oz Saffron Bloom Mist is included in First Bloom and may also be purchased separately. It is not included in every Monthly Bloom.

The QR card opens a guided layer of the Bloom experience, with welcome, movement, meditation, creativity, and story.

What is The Guest Room?

The Guest Room is your private digital space included with each Bloom.

Inside, you will find a welcome note from the sisters, a guided breathwork, light movement, or meditation practice, and a Color With Me video you can follow along with while listening to a story inspired by the month’s theme.

It is designed to help you use your Bloom gently, without pressure or perfection.

Do I need an app to access The Guest Room?

No special app is required. Scan the QR card with your phone camera and follow the link.

What if my QR card is not working?

If your QR card is not working, contact us with your order information and we will help you access the correct Guest Room experience.

Are the coloring cards reusable?

The 5x7 coloring cards are printed separately from the booklet so you can color them, frame them, hang them, collect them, or place them in your journal.

Each month includes two illustrated cards inspired by the monthly theme.

Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days and may take 3 to 5 business days for delivery after shipment.

Monthly Bloom packages are prepared and shipped once per month.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been prepared or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

For prepaid plans, address changes may be made before the next shipment is prepared.

Can I change the personalization after ordering?

Email us right away if you need to change the journal name or language. Once the journal has been prepared, changes may not be possible.

What if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review it with care and help make it right.

What is the return policy?

Because First Bloom includes personalized and thoughtfully prepared pieces, First Bloom Essential and First Bloom Keepsake sales are final.

Monthly Bloom packets that have already shipped are also final sale due to the prepared nature of each monthly experience.

Prepaid 6 month and 12 month plans are final sale once purchased and cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Unopened and unused Saffron Bloom Tea and Mist orders may be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the returned order is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Our saffron is sourced through a U.S. based supplier and labeled as a product of Spain. We source ingredients and materials through approved suppliers in accordance with applicable trade regulations.
